Please note our delivery methods that we are proposing on our website :
- either by Post (normal mail or registered mail)
- or by Chronopost


For France :
- Post : no delivery time is guaranteed and no tracking is possible, that means that we are not able to help you with any tracking of your order after the shipment is completed
- Chronopost : deliveries with Chronopost are quick, reliable and can be tracked on http://www.chronopost.fr. Moreover, in case you are absent, a notice is left in your post box and your order can be picked up at your local post office. Delivery time between 3 and 7 days.


For Belgium and other EU countries :
Deliveries by post are reliable.
If you would like your order to be secured and trackable, then we suggest registered mail.
Delivery time between 3 and 10 days
